Senior Account Executive – Software Consulting Sales

Position Overview:

A Senior Account Executive will focus on cultivating new application development and consulting business across commercial and non-profit verticals in the eastern United States. This person will work with the Candoris software engineering team to discover and present industry-leading solutions. This position requires proper etiquette over the telephone and via email correspondence. Minimal travel within territory will be required. Additionally, the successful candidate will:

  • Heavy hunting to identify new business opportunities within new accounts
  • Develop relationships within accounts at Director/C-Level and communicate firm value proposition
  • Clearly understand the business challenges created by the technical requirements the client faces
  • Work as a team with engineers to design and configure appropriate solution(s)
  • Navigate proposals through the procurement process
  • Ensure a successful deployment and solutions meets customer requirements
  • Outbound calling and social media correspondence to prospective customers to discuss Candoris offerings

Position Location:

  • Annville, PA (Remote work is possible based on proven track record of success)

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • 7+ years technology sales experience with demonstrated performance history of 100%+ to sales quota
  • Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university
  • Strong knowledge of technology, specifically SaaS solutions would be a benefit.
  • Experience with or similar CRM usage
  • Critical skills required include account planning with an extended team, calling at all levels within a customer’s organization, and managing partner relationships
  • Be an aggressive self-starter
