Generous Paid Time Off

In addition to 11 observed company holidays, each new employee begins accruing 14 days of paid time off. On your first anniversary with us, we’ll add 5 more days to that accrual. Additionally, each full-time employee is offered 5 days annually to serve a nonprofit organization.

HR Coordinator

An HR Coordinator is needed to join our department of culture and operations. They will assist with the day-to-day functions of human resources including recruiting, screening, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. The perfect candidate will have some familiarity with the end-to-end applicant process as well as keeping details organized in an applicant tracking system. As a member of the operations team, they will be involved with projects and events related to the internal team at Candoris, as well. The right candidate for this position will be flexible and able to context switch with ease.

Inside Sales Representative

A Candoris Inside Sales Representative works hand-in-hand with the Candoris sales team to obtain and validate product quotes from the manufacturer, assists with the cultivation of customer relationships through various means of outbound contact and supports the sales team through other administrative tasks. Through mentorship, they learn on the job while also maintaining specific vendor-required competencies taken online.

Level 2 Infrastructure Engineer (2nd Shift)

Candoris is looking for a second shift Level 2 Infrastructure Engineer to provide superior support for our managed services (MSP) customers. This position includes a variety of responsibilities including work with our help desk, MSP services, customer infrastructure needs, and back-up monitoring and issue resolution.

Level 3 End User Computing Engineer

Candoris is seeking a Level 3 End User Computing Engineer to provide customer-focused support for Candoris data center solutions customers in SMB to enterprise markets across commercial, education, and government verticals. 

Nonprofit Business Analyst

A Candoris Nonprofit Business Analyst works with nonprofit, K-12, and higher ed customers to methodically evaluate and examine their internal business processes, acting as an ally to organizations who want to invest in change and improvement.

Salesforce Administrator

A Candoris Salesforce Administrator works with nonprofit, K-12, or higher ed customers to implement products and solutions offered by Candoris. They work closely with project leadership to understand, create, and test customizations to meet the functional requirements of the customer. Additionally, they are involved with QA testing of solutions, documenting solutions, creating training materials, and assisting with user training for the clients. The ability to take ownership of assignments and work on multiple projects simultaneously with teams of various sizes are key components of this role.

Salesforce Implementation Specialist

A Candoris Salesforce Implementation Specialist works with nonprofit, K-12, or higher ed customers to implement products and solutions offered by Candoris. Salesforce Project Manager

A Candoris Salesforce Project Manager works closely with nonprofit, K-12, and higher education customers on Salesforce implementation projects to develop an implementation project plan, coordinate tasks during the project, communicate with the client and management and complete the project within the scoped time and budget. They take charge of a project and deliver results that allow Candoris to build a solution that meets the client’s goals. The ability to take ownership of assignments and work on multiple projects simultaneously with teams of various sizes are key components of this role.

Senior Infrastructure Engineer

A Senior Infrastructure Engineer provides customer-focused support for Candoris data center solutions around virtualization, data storage, servers, hyper-converged, networking, and security. This position will work in a team environment within the Data Center and Infrastructure teams and will provide support to Candoris customers in small/medium/enterprise markets across commercial, education, and government verticals.

Technical Account Manager

A Technical Account Manager drives MSP customer success through regular customer interaction, IT expertise, and strategic planning. They are the glue that connects the customer’s IT environment to the rest of the Managed Service Team. Technical Account Management possesses a strong attention to detail and is responsible for clear communication, follow-through, and coordination of support for their customers.
