Meaningful Core Values and Unique Company Culture

At Candoris, we believe that the best thing we bring to the table is ourselves. We place a higher value on who you are over what you have done. As a company founded with a strong social mission at its heart, we also foster an environment where team members flourish knowing that they are contributing daily to the greater good.

Comprehensive Health Benefits Package

Enjoy best-in-class, nationally recognized benefit networks so that you’re covered where you live and travel. Robust medical, dental, and vision benefits are complemented by generous group-term life, long-term disability, and other standard ancillary benefit offerings.

Voluntary Retirement Savings Plan

At Candoris, we embrace the idea that work is a means to provide for our life choices. We offer a voluntary 401(k) or Roth 401(k) program that you can contribute to starting on day one.

Generous Paid Time Off

In addition to 11 observed company holidays, each new employee begins accruing 14 days of paid time off. On your first anniversary with us, we’ll add 5 more days to that accrual. Additionally, each full-time employee is offered 5 days annually to serve a nonprofit organization.

Dynamic Total Wellness Program

At Candoris, we believe in total wellness through genuine life balance. Our unique approach to wellness includes friendly competition and rewards centered around eight key aspects of life both in and out of the office. These include: Spiritual, Family, Mental, Physical, Personal, Social, Work, and Financial.

Supportive Professional Growth

Continuous improvement is championed, encouraging team members to learn and grow their skills and advance their careers. We seek success through technology for our team members, as we do for our partners and customers.

Awards and Recognition

Who you are matters as much as what you’ve done.

The Candoris culture prioritizes personal development. We invest in building our people’s expertise, cultivating teamwork, and encouraging entrepreneurship. As a result, our people step up and take ownership as individuals, but work together as Candorians.
