Founder and Chief Accountability Officer
Stephan rarely rests long enough to take a breather, whether it’s shuttling his four kids to their various sporting activities, jogging to slow the effects of aging, or spending time with his wife Melanie. Admittedly, his type-A personality may make everyone at home (and at work) a little crazy, but he uses this energy to help others do and become their very best. “Seeking success for others” is not just a company line; it’s a way of life for Stephan as he seeks to help others succeed in their personal and professional goals. His positive energy and leadership are key ingredients to creating and executing vision — both at home and at Candoris.
Stephan graduated from Messiah College, Mechanicsburg, PA, majoring in business administration. He has found success in his sales career as both an individual contributor and leader. Prior to launching Candoris, Stephan worked for Syncsort and Insight Investments.
Founder and Sr. Client Warrior
The next time you walk into a New Jersey Starbucks and notice a guy sitting at a table with a latte in one hand and scrolling through emails with other, it just might be Lucas. He can turn any coffee shop into an effective off-site office. While Lucas thrives in the Wi-Fi world, he aspires to be off the grid — disconnected from technology and able to connect with others in a meaningful way. Spending as much time as possible with his wife Kate and their four children is what Lucas loves to do with his time. A love of the outdoors and animals has inspired dreams of one day owning an alpaca farm.
Lucas has the “right stuff” for the demanding job of a Candoris “client warrior.” He has had a successful career in technology sales so he understands the solutions Candoris offers clients. He also has a sociology degree from Messiah College in Mechanicsburg, PA, which helps him relate to his clients and their needs. Because no two clients have identical challenges, Lucas blends these strengths to form a tailored approach for every unique situation.
Chief Technology Officer
Sam is a man on a mission, quite literally. He serves as chairman of the board for Love and Grace Ministries Haiti; a nonprofit organization providing a home, food, clothing, education and love to orphans and children in need. Sam also serves at his church, where he’s impassioned many to travel to Haiti in support of the work Love and Grace does there. He’s also on a mission to improve his golf score, especially when playing others in the office. Sam enjoys playing basketball, softball and tennis, too. Above all, Sam’s priority is spending quality time with wife Stacy and two sons, Trey and Bryce.
Sam has an impeccable track record in the IT field. He has worked as an independent contractor and as an employee at Health Care Data, Thomson Reuters and Truven Health Analytics. He has managed internal development teams and completed projects for major health systems, the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Sam graduated from Penn State University with a BS in computer engineering and has an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology.
VP, Data Center Solutions
Google ‘driven personality’ and you could substitute all the definition results with one name: David Seaman. Leveraging expert analysis and determination, David leads successfully and delivers on mission-critical accomplishments. David is spurred by an entrepreneurial focus which is an instrumental asset in casting vision to the Candoris sales team. When not at work, you can find him enjoying one-on-one time with Kelly, best friend and wife, and their three children. He is known for balancing the load of work and family with equal expertise, which should come as no surprise because of years of competitive powerlifting.
David’s background includes a rich mix of business development, operations and financing for multiple organizations. He’s experienced in all phases of business—from start up to work out—as well as rapid growth. As Candoris’ VP of Data Center Solutions, he leads by example and relies on an interactive, relationship-building style to help his team and his clients accomplish their goals.
Director of Operations
“We’re on a mission from God.” Can you identify what movie that famous quote comes from? Cari can. Quickly and effortlessly memorizing movie lines is “part of the family DNA,” according to Cari. Admittedly, she may have missed her calling being a party planner or running a bakery, as that is what you can find her doing for fun. But, she feels truly blessed being a wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend, singer… and the occasional practical joker. When she’s not multitasking at the office, planning the next company event or baking up a storm, you can find her relaxing at home with husband, Charlie, and their three daughters.
Cari studied biblical counseling at Moody Bible Institute, Chicago, IL. She was an account professional and trainer for a financial print company before coming to Candoris. Cari’s care and concern for employees and customers alike coupled with her focus and attention to detail help her to navigate the busy office at Candoris headquarters as our director of operations.
Director of Business Development
By looking at Tawna, you’d never know that she’s an avid motorcyclist. Based in Austin, TX, she has had the privilege of riding at Circuit of the Americas, the same track MotoGP visits each year. Tawna is a practiced do-it-yourselfer and Candoris relies on her organizational skills to help manage customer requests and manufacturer questions.
Knowing how driven she is, it comes as no surprise to learn that Tawna is the recipient of many awards for customer service, exceeding sales expectations, and training sales staff. Tawna earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas in Austin, TX. After working at Dell for 8.5 years, her career path in technology moved forward and she’s become an asset to the Candoris management team.
Director of Finance
Lisa loves being with her family and that includes friends who are as close to her as any family member could be. She feels incredibly blessed to be surrounded by so many children from family and friends alike…and can’t imagine life without them! There’s an adventurous side to Lisa that includes having her motorcycle license, parasailing and even taking a vanload of children to the fair. When asked what her super power is, Lisa says she’s a “super organizer,” having successfully coordinated and executed almost a dozen weddings at her church.
Lisa graduated from Messiah College in Mechanicsburg, PA, with a B.S. in accounting. Her accounting career has taken her from working with friends in a sole proprietorship, to working for a local healthcare company, to the Fortune 500 world. Her diverse accounting background helps her manage all sizes and types of Candoris clients.
Director of Sales, Salesforce Consulting
Big things often do come in big packages, which is certainly true here at Candoris. Joining our resident tall men, Tim’s height has served him well as a previous defensive end for West Virginia University, where he graduated with a B.A. in criminology, a B.A. in business and a minor in communication. Tim harnesses his experience in college football today by serving as an assistant coach for the Cedar Crest High School football team. In his free time, you can find him enjoying a wide variety of other sports and leisure time with his wife, Daisha, and their son, Branson.
Tim brings an extensive background in telecom and connectivity sales management to our Salesforce.com integration and implementation consulting team.
Director of Service Delivery
Chris, a former Naval officer, brings over thirty years of experience in delivery service to customers as both an individual contributor and a manager. His background includes managing service delivery teams from the local to the international levels, including on-site, remote and call center support. Perhaps his time on a Navy submarine has lent itself to his ability to form outstanding teams that cooperate and work together in fluid rhythm, as his leadership at Candoris has proven to our staff of professional services engineers would prove.
For leisure, Chris enjoys camping and spending quality time with his family. He and his wife, Janine, have two adult children. Their son is currently stationed at the Annapolis Naval Academy serving as Lieutenant, and their daughter works as a nurse at Hanover Hospital while studying to be a nurse practitioner. Each of Chris and Janine’s children has given them a grandchild, of whom they are very proud and enjoy spoiling when they can.
Director of Marketing
Brian joins Candoris as Director of Marketing, bringing over 20 years of brand marketing, innovation, and general management experience from a variety of leading brands in the consumer packaged goods industry. His strength in strategic leadership helps Candoris understand customers’ evolving needs and ensure that they are set on the right path for future success.
When he’s not crafting strategy or marketing plans, a love of hiking, rafting, biking and golfing drives Brian into the great outdoors with his wife Suzanne and daughters Grace and Madison. Had he not followed the marketing path, he admits he’d be traveling the world as a photographer for National Geographic. But it’s his love of creating successful business strategies and continuing to hone his marketing skills that make him passionate about Candoris, our customers, and partners.
