Inc. magazine has ranked Candoris No. 2,308 on its 35th annual Inc. 5000 List. This prestigious list represents a unique look at top, thriving companies in the American economy’s most dynamic segment— its independent small businesses.
“We feel extremely honored to be recognized again as one of this country’s fastest growing companies,” said Stephan Van Der Ploog, Candoris President and Chief Accountability Officer. “Our dedicated employees continue to prove that a team united around a common goal has limitless potential.” Candoris’ common goal of using their IT expertise to give back to children in need around the world has had a huge impact on company culture and successes like these are proof that a company need not choose between practically pursuing profit and having a purpose beyond the bottom line.
Candoris has previously been named a Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania, spent two consecutive years in the #7 spot on Central Penn Business Journal’s list of 50 Fastest Growing Companies and held the prestigious honor of being Dell’s Northeast Partner of the Year for fiscal 2015.
The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue is $200 billion, and the companies on the list collectively generated 640,000 jobs over the past three years, or about 8% of all jobs created in the entire economy during that period. “The Inc. 5000 list stands out where it really counts,” says Inc. President and Editor-In-Chief Eric Schurenberg. “No one makes the Inc. 5000 without building something great – usually from scratch. That’s one of the hardest things to do in business, as every company founder knows. But without it, free enterprise fails.”
Inc.’s annual event honoring the companies on the list will take places in San Antonio, TX this year from October 18 through 20.
